Emily Whipple is the founder of Ugly Honest. What started as a blog about her experiences with postpartum depression and anxiety has expanded to a community of women supporting one another through all things motherhood - the good, the bad, the lovely. A former first grade teacher, Emily now focuses on educating and empowering mamas through her online community and group coaching programs. She specializes in helping women slow down to speed up by finding alignment and decluttering sources of stress. In the summer you'll find Emily at the lake building sandcastles with her two littles - and once Wisconsin gets too chilly for that she stays busy playing pretend beach in her living room while sneaking breaks to check on the Ugly Honest facebook community.
