Tis the season for holiday treats! When we're dealing with unwanted weight gain, prediabetes, type 2 diabetes, or any other chronic condition that affects blood sugar levels, it can feel so difficult to control our sugar intake. We know this isn't helping, but it seems to consume us as we consume it!
