Episode 52 of Inside Warhawk Athletics Presented by Educators Credit Union includes a conversation with Rachael Omdoll, who is in her fourth year as UW-Whitewater’s Dietitian. She graduated with an associate’s in accounting from Waukesha County Technical College, a bachelor’s in nutrition science from Kaplan University and a certificate dietetics from the University of Mount Union. Omdoll, a Registered Dietitian in Wisconsin, previously worked as a dietitian for the Racine Unified School District. She regularly meets one-on-one with student-athletes for consultations and presents nutrition information for Warhawk teams.
Omdoll discusses her journey in dietetics and her roles as campus dietitian, assisting students on campus, working with student-athletes and what she enjoys about the profession.
