This week I got the chance to sit down with Dr. Jose Torres from Queens, NY. Jose and I have been friends for about 6 years now and he is a fellow weightlifter that I used to workout with.
He has been in NY fighting aggressively against COVID and he was able to carve out a few minutes to shed some light on what's going on out there.
