It is so easy to jump to judgment and offer your two cents, state your point, before anyone else. We all want to be heard, especially when we feel passionate about something. The problem is we miss the input of others when we talk over them. Collaboration is a great thing and true collaboration involves active listen and understanding others points of view. This applies both at work and in personal relationships.
