We recently hosted a Goal Planning workshop for our MBA students. And in this workshop, we talked with them about two types of goals: MEANS Goals and END Goals.

End goals are feeling-oriented goals. It’s what we want to EXPERIENCE when we achieve success in our businesses.

This is why it is SO important to know your end goal and work from this perspective!
