In today’s episode we will be discussing the value of self-reflection. You have probably heard us say this before, but we truly believe that there is so much power in being in a constant state of evaluation.
I’ve trained on this topic before and I love it because it’s something I feel passionately about. I am a student at heart. I love listening, learning, asking questions, asking for feedback and truly being in a constant state of curiosity. That said, I love to reflect. Often.
