- Stop shaming and love yourself. Make eye contact with yourself and say "I love you. You are worthy." Be aware of how you talk to yourself.
- If you don't know where to start in journaling, start by listing what you're grateful for.
- Try to sit with yourself and meditate.
- Push yourself outside your comfort zone. Life starts outside of your comfort zone.
