Today Carrie shares her thoughts on the importance of change, how everything is seasonal, and how growth comes from the opportunities we provide ourselves to be uncomfortable and stretch our beliefs. She also shares the importance of allowance and the idea that as a society we need to be more allowing for women to change their minds, ask for support, and be able to provide support in return based on the season they're in.
