This week I am so pleased to share with you all Simon Penfold of Penfold's Kitchen. Simon and I first connected through our time in Snowsports Retail, and more than once spent time sharing our love of skiing. Moving on from the world of bootfitting and ski sales - Simon followed one of his other passions which involved time with a cookbook and started a wonderful Cafe with his namesake; Penfold’s Kitchen.
For anyone who knows Simon - you’ll know what warmth he exudes and how welcoming he and his team make you feel. But most importantly; he is involved in his local community supporting the local NHS Hospital Staff and Families through the service & smiles in his cafe. Not only providing great food to the teams and patients of the Hospital across the street - he offers an oasis of comfort when things have been a challenge.
