Nutritious foods are normally readily available and easily accessible for college-level athletes. There's just one problem: They're not utilizing it. What's keeping student-athletes from consuming the healthy foods they have at their disposal and that they require? Kyle noticed that the scientific literature on this topic was lacking. He saw a need for further understanding, and so he began investigating alongside some professors at Illinois State University.
