Sid Rao grew up in Austin and started his first company when he was 14 and eventually studied Supply Chain Management at The University of Texas’ McCombs School of Business.
After graduating he spent time working at the Texan Venture Capital fund Capital Factory investing in 5 companies and working with hundreds of founders. He now is the Chief of Staff at Solideon, a company focused on taking off-the-shelf robotics and converting them into autonomous micro factories that are capable of 3D printing, post processing, assembling and inspecting anything, anywhere.
