Knowledge is power but wasted without action. We're going to do both here in this episode. First, let's learn how our brain formulates some basic thoughts! Coming from the book, "The Chimp Paradox" by Dr. Steve Peters, we've been provided with an amazing analogy with how our brain develops thoughts. We're going to cover a bit from that book in this episode as we start learning about how our thoughts are developed. Second, we take some action as we expand on the journaling tool with some more guided introspective intentions with our journaling efforts.
If you like to read, I would highly encourage you to pick up a copy of The Chimp Paradox. It's a fantastic book with lots of great exercises to help you manage your thoughts. That's where those limiting beliefs are, those figurative chains we're working to break here!
