Description

While there is no denying that we are influenced by the environment and people that we are around, there is also the ability to create yourself in the image that you want.  Thanks to the neuroplasticity of the brain, we are able to 'wire' and 're-wire' the neural pathways in our brain that connects neurons.  This can have a significant influence on the ways we think, behave, and form habits.  In this episode, we're going to talk about some of the science behind it and how we can use that to wire our brains in ways that are incredibly powerful.
