Well it’s got to do with your central nervous system wanting familiarity, if you grew up in chaos and unpredictability- it wants to mimic that. The brain doesn’t like change. So if you don’t get used to calmness, because your brain is wired to the ups and downs of a unpredictable environment and relationships- you’ll keep finding that in your world. I’ll talk about the FREE things you can do to heal your nervous system, and also things you can do that are extra.
