It is an interesting time in the world right now and I want to normalise and not pathologise your experience. We are all in a state of grief and loss, from the world that was, to the world that now is. I don’t ever want you to think that you’re broken or that how you feeling is not okay, because we’re all feeling it and it’s perfectly normal given the times.
