Well things sure have changed quickly! The Mississauga Housing Market is on fire with record sale prices in both June and July and it seems to be continuing through the month of August. With the exception of the condo apartments every segment of the market is WAY down in absorption rate, telling us that there is just not enough inventory out there for the amount of buyers.
