Narcissism and selflessness are opposite ends of the spectrum of how we relate to others and to ourselves. Selfishness is generally seen as a negative and being selfless as positive. However, there are healthy forms of selfishness and unhealthy or destructive ways of being selfless.
Here’s the info on my new Spiritual Experience Groups.
Each session will be 6 consecutive weeks, one hour zooms with a small group of 4-8 awesome people.
• Mondays 7am PST/10am EST/3pm UTC - Feb. 28 - April 4, 2022
• Tuesdays 11am PST/2pm EST/7pm UTC, March 1 - April 5, 2022
• Thursdays 4:30 PST/7:30 EST, Feb. 24 - March 31, 2022
• Fridays 3:30pm PST/6:30pm EST, Feb. 25 - April 1, 2022
The format of the groups will be to start with a short grounding meditation. Everyone will have time for a short check in to set their intentions for the days practice. I will be available for spiritual direction for each member, if they want input. Then we will do a 15 minute Shamanic journey or guided inner journey from the Allies & Demons work. The journeys happen in our own space, with our cameras off. After 15 minutes, we come back to the Zoom room and share our spiritual experience. End with another moment of silence. It's a simple but profound format for connection and self growth. Let me know if this is of interest and which time spot works for you. If this round doesn't work, but your interested in future groups, let me know best days and times and I'll do what I can to accommodate.
Group membership is by suggested donation. $25-$60/ week, prepaid. If you have financial need, let me know and we will work something out.
