There's no other way to put it: the Tampa Bay Rays don't have an identity right now and it's contributed to a lack of performances in recent weeks, now 10-14 overall as injuries, especially in the outfield, have piled up.
While reinforcements might be on the way soon, this current team needs to find themselves to re-establish a foundation for future success in 2025.
