Week 3 is a week of setbacks. I am still going strong for the challenge but I'm behind on some goals I wanted to meet by this point. I don't know why I thought I could lose 20 pounds in 3 weeks, but now we know that remaining consistent on a diet for 3 weeks and getting consistent exercise in doesn't get you there. Being honest about that is not great but its not going to make me quit. The episode closes with my thoughts on why I am doing this challenge, and how you can decide if it would be helpful for you. Basically if you didn't "Fook up" in your mind, you are good.
