Today's scripture is from Isaiah 58:1-14. God wants us to be a watered garden - bearing much fruit. Just like in gardening, you have to get rid of the old undergrowth in your life - get rid of the sin - and prepare the soil. Dig it up, clean it out. For example, if you're a blame-thrower - just quit it! If you're not one who throws blame, just do something for somebody else -- every day! God's not concerned with ritual, he's concerned about your concern for each other.
