The news we consume can sometimes consume us. What is truly good news? Together, we find ways to share deeply good news with everyone by filtering our interactions through the lens of kindness. Today’s scripture describes God’s nature as kind, even and especially to those who reject God’s invitation to be kind. What we put into the world is part of the ongoing creation of the world. This, in essence, is the only thing we truly control—the energy with which we react to circumstances and people. What will it be?
