On this episode I discuss that I have been struggling with having grace this last week. Losing Grizzly and this election have me on an emotional roller coaster! I reached for my journal and began flipping through it reading notes from church and journaling from my Israel trip. I came across notes from 1 John 3 and thought they would be helpful to share.
