I had the pleasure of talking to Sarah Terkla about all things mama! Sarah is the owner of Rose and Thorn Clothing in Denton Texas. We discussed how she is juggling being a mama, a business owner and a Crossfit superwoman! We also discussed how she is navigating through a recent divorce. Like many mamas out there she is trying to find out who she is again. We often times lose our identity when we become mamas, and she is working hard to rediscover who she is. Don't try to put her in a pretty little box, because Sarah is on a mission to be whoever she wants to be whenever she wants!
