I PROGRESS

I know the last few weeks have been nothing short of crazy.
And the last few days have created the biggest and most bitter cocktail of negative emotions you can find. There is a lot of fear, despair, anxiety, worry, anger, rage, hate, sadness, confusion, misunderstanding, frustration, futility with no hope of any solution ahead. Today's declaration seeks to remind you of the power of a lifted spirit. When your spirit is lifted it can birth newness into your life and create the change you desire. So say this after me:
I agree that many unpleasant things are happening all around
I admit that there is so much pain going on at the moment and that's a fact.
However, no matter what is going on, the truth is I'm alive, the life force in me is fully active and I must progress.
I progress beyond every pain, beyond every loss, beyond every fear, beyond every despair, beyond every anger, beyond every loneliness, beyond every sadness, beyond every frustration and futility. I progress.
I call on my soul and spirit to receive peace and strength to start again,
Peace and strength to see possibilities.
Peace and strength to love again
Peace and strength to give to those that need from me.
Peace and strength to find the strategies to make progress
Peace and strength lead others forward.
Peace and strength to excel no matter what.
I have life, and this life I have been given was made to be significant. My life has a mission, it has an assignment, and therein lies its value and purpose and no matter what, as long as I have this life given to me, I will live significantly, I will progress and I will excel!
