In this episode, I am rejoined by my haftey (sister) Jerusalem! You've seen her on a previous episode, 'Women of the Movement', and she has continued her advocacy efforts for #Tigray through as CCO, chief communications officer, with Omna Tigray. Jerusalem shared her story of using her marketing background to carve out her lane of advocacy using educated awareness. The team at Omna does an amazing job of introducing the world to #Tigray in a digestible way and keeping up with responding to all updates coming out of #Tigray. We also get to discuss how we are managing to keep our #mentalhealth in check while our families are fighting to survive the #tigraygenocide. The power of community and finding purpose in action.
