Amy is currently an Assistant Professor of Accounting at Coe College where she also serves as a Changemaker to the Coe Community at large. Prior to Coe, she worked in Corporate America for 14 years, continuously striving to balance the fine line of a successful careerwoman, wife, mom, and good human. In the middle of this, Amy decided to share her insights, experiences and self-proclaimed humorous stories, to empower others to Rise Up on their own journeys. She created Shine Your Light, a company whose mission is to guide us to Rise up to our highest potential and Shine our Brilliance into the World. Here she moonlights as an Empowerment Consultant, speaking at workshops, retreats, and businesses, helping us identify with and embrace our passions and purpose so that we can share our gifts with the world.
