Don't you think people will work better and reduce stress if the could name their price. It's been a big controversy for years... What do you say? How do you respond? Don't be afraid to ask and know your worth. Some people and their work ethics will carry them, while some have terrible work ethics and still make too dollar 👀 People are waking up... It's time to level the playing field... My 2 cents: Start making the corporations post their pay salaries. Maybe then the turnover rate will change as well... There are great people out here that can perform better than the employees already in place. If given a chance... All I know is...
