Lorraine shares her leadership journey from an individual contributor in a consulting company in Manila to becoming a global IT leader at the World Health Organization (WHO) in Geneva, Switzerland. In her current role, she leads multiple global teams and provides overall management and oversight of global systems while assisting the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of the WHO in strategic and operational matters.
Lorraine talks about the challenges posed by the pandemic and handling diverse international teams at the same time.
