East Plano Islamic Center (EPIC City) is now under development, right under the nose of TX governor Greg Abbott. This sharia law community has a mosque at its center, complete with homes, activities, and other resources. Some facilities have already began construction, without building permits. How was this allowed to happen? Who knew?
