On this short episode I address Election Day Stress and Anxiety. This week will bring that on for a lot of us and that is okay. It is important that you remember to take care of yourself and your mental during this time. Take a break when needed, relax, breathe, be active, plan, and keep the convo going. Four years ago I dealt with it and couldn't sleep after the election. It's real and you are not alone if you have it.
