Danna clarifies the difference between Vegan and Plant Based Vegan. Vegans still eat a lot of processed food, such as Oreo's and processed non dairy cheeses. However a plant based diet is purely plant based items.
She has taken her journey and life style and turned it into a business. She is a Plant Based coach, she helps people plan and transition over to the Plant Based Life Style. There is a lot of information out there when it comes to what diet to follow, what is the new trend. She wants to make sure she provides the best plan for each of her clients.
Danna, a proud Dominican woman touches on how it is was transitioning to the Plant Based Lifestyle with her family. We all know traditional Latin families eat a lot of meat related products and most grandmas/moms might hit you with "what am I going to cook for you now". She started slow and brought her own dishes to family get togethers. Now a days her mom enjoys going to vegan restaurants with her, and he grandma even has an air fryer.
