Description

Destiny joins us this week on the podcast to chat about National Novel Writing Month. National Novel Writing Month is an online-based event where writers and authors across the globe come together not only to raise money for educational programs but to track their writing process on their upcoming projects. The goal is to create a fifty thousand word manuscript by the end of November. Throughout the program, writers can improve their skills by joining webinars and learn about resources to help them turn their manuscript into a published book. As writers work towards their goal, they can earn badges and team up with friends to support one another. Destiny discusses how she will use the event to help her finish writing her young adult novel, "I'm No Ordinary Girl." She also gives some tips about preparing for the event and her plans for meeting her goal. Destiny shouts out to her friends, thanking them for all their support and encouragement. She also discusses the stories she is working on for her upcoming publication. All of the resources and writing tips Destiny discusses will be in her upcoming blog post on our website, www.constantinsbooks.com.
