Welcome to the premiere of our new podcast segment, Destiny's Book Club's with your co-host of "Chatting with the Constantins," Destiny Constantin. Every Friday, Destiny will be discussing one of the following topics; her writing journey, books, book reviews, author's interviews, and a little bit of baking from time to time. Today's episode features author, poet, and podcaster Sylvia Stein. She will be discussing her writing journey and telling us all about her podcast, "The Daily with Syl Stein."
Sylvia's Biography
Sylvia Stein is a published author with several anthologies with her Writer's group 750 on LinkedIn. In 2015, Stein obtained a Master's Degree in English and Creative Writing from Southern New Hampshire University. Sylvia has been writing short stories and works of poetry for Coffee House Writers since 2017. She is a mother of three beautiful children Paul, Michael, and Consuelo. Sylvia resides in the city of Fuquay Varian with her amazing husband, Jeremy. She has also published three solo books. One was her first novella, Closure, which she worked on while attending SNHU and published in July of 2014. The other her first novel Chasing Clarity was published this past October 2015, and it was created during National Novel Writing Month (NaNoMo) in 2013. Her latest book is entitled, The Diary of a Broken Father was released in February 2017. Fossend Press also nominated this book for a 2017 book award. She is currently working on her thriller due out early next year 2020 and is entitled "Battered Mind." For the past three years, she has been building up her podcast, "The Daily with Syl Stein with Anchor FM, where she focuses on books, authors, writing tips, and her own author journey.
