The original recording of this track was recorded live during my online Moon Circle workshop on January 30, 2022. The focus of the workshop was on the New Moon in Aquarius and Chinese New Year of the Tiger (January 31 / February 1, 2022). At the end of the circles, I share a contemplative practice whose content and overall flavour is inspired by the circle's teachings and the interaction with my beloved yoga and astrology students.
