Stacey talks about huge lessons she kearnt as a professional athlete, training under different coaches and competing in different countries. She alks about what got her into running and how the legend Dame Kelly Holmes, inspired her to take the sport of athletics seriously.

Stacey offers lots of advice to junior runners, looking to reach the next level, focusing a lot on mindset and not letting pressure get to you. She shares her experiences competing at high levels and how although there would be huge crowds, her focus wouldn't change.

She also tells us about how injury affected her career and how she would over come her injuries and how her love for athletics always pulled her back.

Since retiring from high level competitions, Stacey has adopted cycling and has also returned to other sports that she has had passions in in the past and she's currently training for the London Triathlon. Stacey loves sports and health and fitness and that energy is so inspiring!

Stacey encourages us to look for hope in 2021, no matter your current circumstance.
