Today, Tomi speaks with Lia and Maayan Radus - two middle distance, track, road and cross country athletes and sisters from London.
Coached by David Lowes, special guest in episode one of Ardent Run Club, Lia loves her middle distance track events, but her younger sister, Maayan, prefers the cross country and longer road events. They talk about what motivates them, what they've learnt and their ambitions for the future. Sharing their journey so far, Lia and Maayan also talk of the value of being coached by David and the positive changes that has brought.
