There are probably lots of things that you do every single day, without realising, that make your day go smoother and end on a high.

I've been thinking about what I do everyday and came up with my most important 5 things.

1. Drink 1 pint of water every morning
2. Make the bed!
3. Do some exercise / get your 10,000 steps in
4. Do something just for you
5. Get on top of your day with a mini to-do list
