Highlights from today's episode: 1-Self-love is: the fuel of our lives, is filled with compassion, grace, kindness and gentleness. Self-love is giving ourselves permission to find and believe in our own strength, wisdom, gifts and set of skills. Self-love is not perfection, controlling, nor obsession. It is not based on achievements, nor rooted on shame, criticism, or compassion. Self-love does not bloom when there is: comparison, a need for external validation, or when we allow out internal critical voice to take control. Benefits of loving yourself: you begin to shift into a gentler, kinder you by the way you treat and talk to yourself. You also cherish more love to share with others, by nurturing your inner cup. And you begin to sustain a healthier relationship with your own self because you then become the creator of your own happiness, rather than waiting and expecting.
