If you have learned anything listening to these podcast episodes so far, it is that I am a direct reflection of the many incredible people I have had the opportunity to know. My first professional supervisor – Eric Turner – is no exception. Even as I've transitioned out of my first full-time job and onto a new organization, I find myself quoting leadership lessons I learned from Eric constantly. Eric serves as the Director of Operations for Impact 360 Institute. He's an incredible storyteller, intentional champion of others, and life-changing leader that I can't wait for you to meet.
