Welcome to the Keeping It Real podcast.
It's been almost 4 months since the last episode. I'm back to chat about REAL life topics that matter to everyone. You may not have had some of these real-life experiences or feelings and emotions, but it is my hope that you can draw on this if you need to. It is my hope that the Keeping it Real podcast will always bring value to the listener.

Today is the day that I will let this individual know that I’m a rock star too, one with a heart filled with compassion for others.
Always learning, always growing…"

It takes time to learn how to embrace experiences that can be transformed into wisdom. I've learned that when I'm hurt or angry, it's always best to follow the 24-hour rule.
"Wait 24 hours before we 'respond'.
A compassionate tomorrow starts with you today...
