In this episode I interview William Adams. He is a Technical Advisor to Microsoft and a Founder of Microsoft LEAP, an organization built to train women and underrepresented minorities in Microsoft to lead the next generation of software engineers on a global scale. In our conversation, William and I discuss his introduction to the world of computing, his experience working and living in Hyderabad, India for three years, and how he developed and patented the first collaborative computing software.
