Welcome back fellow hardgainers! Today I'm announcing that I will be taking a break from podcasting until the week of 1/31-2/6 to focus on getting a .good start to the school year. I will however be finishing and posting my episode on Lat development sometime this week as an apology for the recent late uploads and taking a break. After this lat episode, the next episode will be posted 2/8.
