Dr. Trey Martin received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from East Tennessee State University in 2019. Before this, Trey played college baseball at Trevecca University before eventually graduating from Tennessee Tech in 2016. Trey grew up in Clarksville, Tennessee. He has worked with professional athletes from the MLB, NFL, Running, Tri-athlete, and CrossFit worlds, as well as college and high school athletes from all sports.

Dr. Martin worked, as a Doctoral Intern, at the prestigious Champion PT and Performance under world-renowned sports physical therapists Mike Reinold, Lenny Macrina, Dan Pope, and Dave Tilley. There he learned how to rehabilitate elite athletes and take them to the next level of performance. While in Tennessee, Trey was a board member of the Tennessee Physical Therapy Association serving as the Federal Liaison. In this role, he participated in advocating legislative improvements for physical therapists.

Dr. Martin specializes in working with throwing athletes in a cash based clinic. We discuss the importance of communication with patients as well as the importance of manual therapy, and landing the dream clinical rotation.
