Tai Chi, Kata, Yoga. - Slow, precise, and controlled movements patterns that involve diagonal patterns with various rotational movement in multiple planes - requires balance, coordination, flexibility, core strength, and focus 2. Exercising in a swimming pool - can be performed year round - All that you need to do is literally move (walk forwards, backwards, sideways) 3. Diaphragmatic Breathing, Slow and controlled Deep Breathing. - -Mediate and think about what you are thankful for. The Autonomic Nervous System is made up of two components: a. The Sympathetic Nervous system- which is responsible for our "flight/fight" responses and is excitatory. Unfortunately, the systemic hormones and chemicals that are involved can cause damage to our cells and every system in our bodies and minds. B.
