2. Proper Sleep: Studies have also shown that is a direct incidence between weight gain and insufficient sleep. In short, we can only run on "fumes" for so long as this results in a depletion of specific chemical reactions necessary for optimal systemic functioning.

Food Prep- Here's the bottom line, when we prepare our food, we know precisely what we are consuming- there are no surprises, and research has also displayed that people that engage in this behavior on a regular basis have much more success in their weight loss goals.
