Hello, this is Dr. Deniz, "the wellness doc." Welcone to my podcast. Comprehensive Health & Wellness. My goal is to bring you all eveything for your mind,body, and soul. I wanted you follow up my podcast on 10/22/20 entitled, "Mental Health & Holistic Healing." I went into details of various Holistic Interventions. One of the first things that I do in the morning as soon as I wake is to read my Bible slowly and out loud. Then I read my 2 daily devotionals. The next step includes going to gym for roughly 1-2 hours. These steps facilitate my ability to focus and my creativity in order to develop these podcasts, you tube instructional videos, relevant blogs. Additionally, I partake in EMDR therapy at least twice per week via telehealth. My faith is the reason that I am alive and have breath in my lungs. Whatever your faith is embrace and immerse yourself in the word. Start your day with meditation and prayer with thanksgiving for what you have and where you want to be. I'm heading to the beach to walk, perform Tai Chi and meditate. You all are unique, special, and deserve good things. My goal is always to provide hope, inspiration, support, encouragement, and specialized knowledge so that you can optimize your performance in your life.
