*TRIGGER WARNING* There are a lot left unsaid in this episode for the sake of wanting to move on from the part of my life where I felt the most depressed and suicidal. The strained relationships that I had during that time have improved for the better and I feel stronger now knowing that I overcame this. This is resilience and everyone has the potential to be resilient.
