Part one consists of the latest boxing news and Eddie's very own 'Lockdown Knockdown' segment in which he discusses the behind-the-scenes details of his 2012 showdown against former Light-Heavyweight and Cruiserweight world champion, Tomasz Adamek. Eddie also talks about having a training camp at the Kronk gym, sparring with Edwin Rodriguez and reveals he doesn't know what he would of done without the help of Andy Lee. The sole guest on this week's podcast is top Light-Heavyweight contender, Joe Smith Jr. Joe looks back at his last few fights and looks ahead to his February 13th matchup in Las Vegas against Maxim Vlasov for the vacant WBO world title. Joe also reveals that even without a crowd, he can still hear his family and friends chanting in his head and pays respect to fellow contender, Callum Johnson.
