This episode, I sat down with Zach Murphy from Pennsylvania, USA. Zach is a players representative for Pro Level Sports Agency and the owner and creator of the Breaking Down The Tape podcast.
During this episode, Zach covered a lot of his fatherhood journey and frankly, he's been through quite a few testing situations. From having a stillborn son, to miscarriage, to becoming a foster parent and finally having a son of his own. Zach spoke about the challenges and changes that come with being a foster parent, how him and his wife were able to keep their relationship strong through a still birth and 2 miscarriages and how he's coping now as the father to his young son and foster daughter. To tie everything up in a neat little package, Zach tells us about his podcast and we discuss the differences between American and Australian football.
